Elizabeth is our Business operations director and works with Landlords overseeing a number of our accounts. In addition, she manages our contractors and refurbishments. She is a keen cook and likes to experiment with Afro-Asian cuisines.

- Guaranteed Rent for Landlords:
We offer quality service that gives Landlords the assurance that they will receive guaranteed rent for the duration of the contract, no matter the circumstances of the tenant occupying the property.
- No Fees
We do not charge Landlords any management fees.
Landlords can have confidence that our services could save them money compared to traditional letting methods, because we do not charge any agency fees and we cover void periods, protecting your income when your property is empty.
Repairs
We will cover the cost of refurbishment and day to day repairs during the term of the contract. Our services also includes tenancy management, meaning Landlords will have no involvement for the term of the contract.- Property Condition Guaranteed
We will return properties back to Landlords in the same condition or better condition giving Landlords the peace of mind.
TENANTS
We offer modern and clean accommodation perfect for working professionals, ensuring that our Tenants are comfortable and perfect fit for each other.
